The Ghost Pepper 'Slimer'-ita

Ghost Pepper 'Slimer'-ita Recipe:

-2 oz Ghost Pepper Infused Tequila
-1.5 oz Midori Melon Liqueur
-2 oz Orange Juice
-2 oz Lime Juice
-1 Scoop Of Ice

Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Rim the edge of a margarita glass with coarse salt and fill with blended mixture. Garnish with an orange wheel.


Ghost Pepper Infusion:

-1 Liter of Blanco Tequila

-3 medium to large Ghost Peppers

Slice and deseed the peppers (they are VERY spicy so proceed with caution-Rubber gloves are encouraged) Once deseeded place the pepper slices inside of the bottle of tequila. 1-2oz of tequila may need to be removed from the bottle to allow space for the peppers. Leave your peppers in the bottle for 24-48 hours in a cool dark place. Once infusion is complete, strain out the pepper slices and store your spicy tequila in a sealed bottle until you are ready to enjoy!
