Opening up with the banana, clove, bubble gum, and even a little peach aroma, this beer is incredibly carbonated. Pour it into a tall wheat beer glass or a pint glass slowly. You're going to get a big, off white head ontop of the beer immediately that won't be going away any time soon. The color will be a pretty opaque golden yellow, since it's not a filtered beer. Pour about ¾ of the bottle into the glass, swirl the bottle around to agitate the yeast at the bottom (if you choose to do so), then pour the rest into the glass.
The addition of wheat (yes wheat, not barley) is crucial for Hefeweizens, and add to the creamy mouthfeel and overall experience of the beer.
