Cut and core a fresh kiwi then blend into a puree using a blender
Combine 1/2 oz of kiwi puree with vodka and stir together
Pour kiwi and vodka mixture into a champagne flute
Top with a Prosecco
Garnish with 3 blackberries on a pick across the top of the glass

The base of this drink couldn't be easier to make. Orange soda and white wine are a tasty combination to mix with any fruity vodka. The real magic happens in the presentation leaving the cool orange and black layered effect.
This gory cocktail is bloody delicious! Feel free to substitute vodka in place of gin. (We even like whiskey!) This cocktail is essentially a Dirty Shirley but we've upped the scare-factor with the garnish. We made these creepy ice cubes by freezing gummy candies in an ice cube tray with water.
Originating in Italy, the classic Bellini is made with white peach puree and Prosecco. Many people now substitute other dry sparkling wines in the bellini recipe. Initially this drink was served only during summertime when peaches were in season. Now it's a brunch favorite throughout the year. If you're making your own peach puree opt for white peaches whenever possible for the best flavor.
