Data Retention and Deletion
Drizly collects or creates information that can be used to identify you ("Personal Information") to provide you with access to the Platform, and for the other purposes described in our Privacy Notice. The chart below indicates: (1) how long we retain certain types of Personal Information, and (2) how we use such information. Any terms that are used in this Retention Schedule but not defined here have the meanings given to them in our Privacy Notice.
We generally retain these types of Personal Information for the life of your Drizly account and delete such information 60 days after (a) you request that we delete your account using our Data Rights Request Form; or (b) your account is deemed inactive following 36 months of not logging into or accessing the Platform.

We do not have control over the purposes or retention of information collected by third parties on the Platform using technologies such as cookies, web beacons, and similar technologies (“Tracking Technologies”). However, you can exercise certain choices regarding what information Tracking Technologies collect from you.
