The wine speaks well for itself. It tastes very good! People will like it. We need to get past a really incoherent assumption that if the place or the label is unheard-of, the wine will taste weird. That’s only seldom true and it isn’t true here. This ’14 was made mostly in large (3,000 liter) casks and a “couple” new barriques; it’s round, “sweet” and juicy, like raw pretzel dough and chocolate caramel; it’s more plump and has less acidity than the ’13, and it’s both darker and richer.
