- 6 oz Mezcal
- 3 oz cranberry simple syrup
- 3-4 oz fresh lime juice
- 1 1/2 oz Grand Marnier (optional)
Cranberry Simple Syrup: Combine 8 cups fresh or frozen cranberries, 2 3/4 cups sugar, 2 1/2 cups water, and a pinch of salt in a saucepan over low heat. Stir until sugar dissolves or about 10 minutes. Strain syrup through a sieve and stir in lemon juice. Let cool.
How to Mix
- Pour all into a shaker, shake it up, and pour over ice
- Garnish with cranberries
