The creamy coconut and rum make you feel like you've been transported to the Caribbean for Christmas. Yes please. Many "true" recipes call for raw egg but we opted for a version without here.


  • 10-12 oz Light Rum
  • 2 cans of Coconut Cream
  • 1 can Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 1 can Evaporated Milk
  • 1 tbsp of Vanilla Extract
  • 1 tbsp of Ground Cinnamon
  • Cinnamon Stick Garnish
If you're making this well in ahead of the holidays you can freeze a couple weeks in advance and then thaw in fridge before serving the day of.


  • Ice cube tray
  • Measuring cup
  • Mug

How to Mix

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender
  2. Mix thoroughly
  3. Store in a bottle in the fridge for up to three days
  4. Always serve cold over ice
  5. Garnish with a cinnamon stick
