Product Description

It is made in the Belgian style, undergoing malolactic fermentation and with the lees still in the bottle. The result is an extra-dry, lightly sparkling cider that is certified organic. Sebastian Lousada and Sabra Ewing make this cider from dozens of different apple varieties grown in their own orchard, as well as from wild-gathered fruit.
