Cold maceration for 48 hours, temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel for 18 days with pumping over and gentle pressing. Maturation in wood for 12 months and further aging in bottle. Colour: intense red Alcohol: 14,5% Cabernet sauvignon Curiosity: Since the 2009 vintage the wine producer has decided to bottle a monovarietal selection of the grape that has given the best results during the year. In 2009 the most important grape variety was Cabernet Sauvignon of which have been selected the 10 best barriques, later bottled to create this new label. For the year 2010, the favorite grape variety was Sangiovese.
