This is a Mind Eraser with a cherry on top! I put my own twist on it by garnishing the cocktail with a few moonshine cherries. Not only do I love the color the cherries add to the drink, but they remind me of summers going to farmers markets with my mom!
Ingredients
- 1 part Kahlua
- 1 part Absolut Vodka
- 2 parts Club Soda
- Moonshine Cherries

How to Mix
- Fill a rocks glass with ice
- Add Kahlua and Absolut Vodka to glass
- Once settled, carefully layer the club soda on top until glass is full
- Place three moonshine cherries on a swizzle stick and drop into glass
