Because isn't that the whole point?
At the heart of the village of Paraza, the Château de Paraza is one of the oldest estate dedicated to the growing of vines in the South of France. Dating back to the 17th century, the castle hosted the architect Pierre Paul Riquet during the construction of the Canal du Midi. As a gift to his hosts, he latter built seven magnificent terraces with stunning views of the Aude valley and the chain of snow-capped Pyrenees. The lands of the historic Château de Paraza stretch over 130 hectares. The vineyard is located on sloping ground with a southerly orientation and a soil very well suited to growing of vine.View all products by Chateau de Praza Minervois
