"The 2005 is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon 54%, Merlot 41%, Malbec 2%, Petit Verdot 2%, Cabernet Franc 1%. The wine is fermented and aged by traditional methods. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled vats, remaining on the skins for 21-28 days, after which the wine is aged in barriques for 12-15 months.
