Sarah is a photographer and traveler who loves to eat, and her blog is inspired by both her travels and the local food and drink from her home in Central Appalachia. Champagne Tastes is a pescetarian (or pescatarian, if you prefer!) food blog, where Sarah creates flavorful, gourmet-style meals and hand-crafted cocktails from real ingredients. Most of the recipes featured will be vegetarian, and sometimes vegan, but occasionally sea creatures will show up. She loves Bourbon, with Woodford Reserve and Maker's Mark being among some of her favorites.
