Century Rum Punch was based on a recipe from the legendary "Professor" Jerry Thomas and is as good now as it was in 1862.


  • 3/4 parts BACARDÍ Gold Rum 
  • 3/4 parts BACARDÍ Superior Rum 
  • 1 part Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice 
  • 3 heaping tsp Fine White Sugar 
  • 4 slices Pineapple (cut into triangles)


  • Highball glass
  • Shaker
  • Hawthorne strainer

How to Mix

  1. Pour ingredients into a cocktail shaker
  2. Add ice and shake vigorously
  3. Fine strain the mixture into a highball glass full of shaved or crushed ice
  4. Garnish with 4 pineapple slices cut into triangles
