SIGNATURE COCKTAILS

Brugal Anejo Ginger Mojito

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 oz Brugal Anejo
  • 8-10 Fresh Mint Leaves
  • 1/2 Lime, quartered
  • 1 tsp Superfine Sugar
  • Ginger Ale

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Crush/muddle mint leaves, lime quarters and sugar in a tall glass
  2. Add Brugal rum and fill glass with ice
  3. Top with ginger ale, and stir well
  4. Garnish with a lime wedge and fresh mint sprig

Brugal Extra Dry Fresh-Pressed Daiquiri

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 oz Brugal Extra Dry
  • 1 oz Fresh Lime Juice
  • 3/4 oz Simple Syrup

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass
  2. Garnish with a lime wheel

Brugal Extra Dry Sweetleaf Punch

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 1/4 cups (18oz) Brugal Extra Dry
  • 1 1/2 cups (12 oz) Fresh Lime Juice
  • 1 1/2 cups (12 oz) Simple Syrup
  • 2 1/4 cups (18 oz) Coconut Water
  • 1/4 tsp Vanilla
  • Mint Sprigs

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Combine rum, coconut water, lime juice, simple syrup and vanilla in a large pitcher
  2. To serve, pour ice in rocks glasses and garnish each drink with a mint sprig (gently spank the mint sprig first to release its essential oils)

Serves 8

Brugal Anejo Old-Fashioned

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 oz Brugal Anejo
  • 1 tbsp Superfine Sugar
  • 3-4 dashes Angostura Bitters
  • 1 Orange Peel
  • 1 Lemon Twist

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Add the sugar, bitters and orange peel into an old-fashioned glass
  2. Muddle to a paste
  3. Add Brugal with ice and stir
  4. Garnish with a lemon twist

Brugal 1888 on the Rocks

Enjoy Brugal 1888 the way you would a small batch whisky or Single Malt Scotch.


Add a twist of orange (optional). Or pour it neat.
