It all started when our distiller, Matt Wyant was offered the chance to have a look into an executive chef's spice cabinet. This is when the base botanicals for our newest creation were chosen. The final ingredient was discovered during a journey through an Idaho Springs forest where we found a sweet, citric juniper berry that was ripe and ready to be picked. Our blend of juniper, rosemary, coriander and cinnamon offers a crisp and unique easy-sipping gin. After distillation, we infuse with hibiscus flower to add a light, floral character, and a signature pink color to the spirit. Pink Bear Gin has an attractive aesthetic that is bound to stand out in any collection.
