The scariest (and best) cocktails are the ones that taste so good and so refreshing that you actually forget there's alcohol in it! Well, that's this cocktail (you've been warned!). Hopefully you don't have an attachment to orange juice and champagne because this brunch drink just might move to the top of your list! Don't believe me? Make it and see for yourself.
In a collins glass, gently muddle the cucumber slices, mint, lemon juice, simple syrup.
Pour in gin, elderflower liqueur, and some light ice.
Stir the cocktail to blend the ingredients, then fill with more ice and top with club soda.
Garnish with a sprig of mint and cucumber wheel

Since it can't be fall year round, might as well drink this seasonal riff on the classic old fashioned. The sage syrup and apple brandy pair nicely together to capture autumn in a rocks glass.
Remember that pretty cool person you met that didn't like root beer floats? Yeah, me neither. Adding some quality bourbon into this classic dessert instantly turns this into a boozy treat anyone would enjoy.
