Drizly Expert Notes

Budweiser. Is there much more to say? Known since 1876 as the “King of Beers", this American made lager has been a favorite amongst stateside beer drinkers for longer than your grandparents grandparents can remember. It's crisp, it's cool, it's vibrant and aromatic and smooth and refined. Born in St. Louis, Missouri to Adolphus Busch as a family run testament to the German lagers of his family's history, Budweiser lives on today as one of the most delightful beers in the world.

One of the greatest aspects of Budweiser's lager is the attention to detail. Each ingredient is treated with care, and when possible, grown on their own farms. Water samples are flown to their headquarters in St. Louis to undergo rigorous analysis to be sure it's of the highest quality. Barley and rice crops are hand selected from the very best farms in the US and Canada. Hops are grown on their own farms located in Idaho and Germany where only the most flavorful and aromatic strains are selected for inclusion in their trademark lager.

Budweiser is the ideal beer for nearly any situation. Whether you're watching Sunday football on your cozy couch surrounded by your college friends or watching the sun set over the great plains of the midwest after a long hike with the one that you love, nothing amplifies the moment better.
