Product description
Ballast Point Grapefruit Sculpin IPA pours a deep golden orange with a moderate white head. Aroma is bitter grapefruit and lemon zest. Taste is bitter grapefruit, slightly dank, dry as a desert and some white wine. The hops are there but that bitter grapefruit just keeps coming out.

Brice Verified BuyerVerified BuyerAmanda Bell. Verified BuyerVerified BuyerBeer was almost a year old and definitely skunked.
James Verified BuyerVerified BuyerI didn’t get the grapefruit sculpin. I got the aloha sculpin
Shana Verified BuyerVerified BuyerI received this as a sub for a Schofferhoffer grapefruit beer. Definitely not similar in taste or strength. But it shouldn't be. This is an IPA!
Amanda L. Verified BuyerVerified BuyerI loved the beer and service
Jeremiah Verified BuyerVerified BuyerGood
Timothy Verified BuyerVerified BuyerOne of my all time favorite beers. Not too fruity. Just a hint of citrus to complement the hoppy IPA.
Esteban Verified BuyerVerified BuyerSo delicious! Not too fruity, just enough to be refreshing
NickHolroyd Grapefruit IPA's can easily gravitate towards an overwhelmingly fruit forward flavor. Not the case with the Ballast Point. It maintains it's full bodied hops forward punch while finishing clean with just the right amount of grapefruit flavor. While other grapefruit infused beverages trend towards the summer shandy, the Ballast Point Grapefruit is drinkable year round.
