    The Oskar Blues Brewery started as a small, eclectic pub in Colorado. But that all changed when the owners decided to shift their focus to canning — not fruits like your grandmother might have done, but highly hopped ale.

    Dale's Pale Ale serves as the brewery's flagship product. But over the years, the company has developed other options for craft beer fans who don't mind swilling out of a can instead of a bottle. Of course, the barrels also come in handy when you're inviting 100 of your closest friends over for a party and you don't feel like lugging dozens of 12-packs home in your sedan.

    The Oskar Blues Brewery now has locations in several cities, including Brevard, North Carolina; Austin, Texas; and its original pub in Longmont, Colorado. According to Oskar, canning keeps the beer fresher for longer periods, to which we say, "Bottoms up!"
