- 1 oz Pomegranate Juice
- Ice
- Chocolate Sauce
- Chocolate Shavings
- Optional: White Chocolate Heart and Pomegranate Seeds

How to Mix
- Coat the rim of a martini glass with chocolate sauce, then roll on a plate of shaved chocolate
- Pour 1 oz of pomegranate juice into the glass
- Shake 1.5 oz of Baileys with ice and carefully pour on top
- Garnish with a white chocolate heart and three pomegranate seeds
