Ingredients
- 2 oz of Bacon-Infused Bourbon or Rye Whiskey
- 1/2 oz Maple Syrup
- 3 dashes of Angostura Bitters
- 1 slice of Bacon for garnish
How to Mix
- In a rocks glass add 3 dashes of bitters and maple syrup and stir
- Add whiskey and a large ice cube and stir again
- Garnish with a slice bacon and serve
Bacon Infused Bourbon: Take one 750ml bottle of bourbon and remove 1/4 cup. Add 1/4 cup of warm bacon grease to the bottle. Cap and shake regularly over a 4 hour time period. Chill in the fridge for 5 days. Strain bourbon through a coffee filter. Clean bottle and replace strained bourbon into the bottle. Keeps ~ 6 months.
