The ultimate cocktail for every meal! Why have a mimosa or bloody mary when bacon could be in every component of brunch. Beer for lunch? Who needs it when your cocktail pairs perfectly with your bacon burger. Wine for dinner? Not when you're having a bacon wrapped filet and need the perfect drink to match.


  • 2 oz of Bacon-Infused Bourbon or Rye Whiskey
  • 1/2 oz Maple Syrup
  • 3 dashes of Angostura Bitters
  • 1 slice of Bacon for garnish


  • Jigger
  • Bar spoon

How to Mix

  1. In a rocks glass add 3 dashes of bitters and maple syrup and stir
  2. Add whiskey and a large ice cube and stir again
  3. Garnish with a slice bacon and serve
Bacon Infused Bourbon: Take one 750ml bottle of bourbon and remove 1/4 cup. Add 1/4 cup of warm bacon grease to the bottle. Cap and shake regularly over a 4 hour time period. Chill in the fridge for 5 days. Strain bourbon through a coffee filter. Clean bottle and replace strained bourbon into the bottle. Keeps ~ 6 months.
