6 Mint leaves
.75 oz Simple syrup
1 oz Lime juice
2 Dashes bitters
Top with Martini & Rossi prosecco

Julep strainer

How to Mix
Shake all ingredients (except sparkling)
Double strain and top with Prosecco
Garnish with mint leaf float
