      Toast to the good times ahead with our take on the classic French 75 cocktail, famously immortalized in the film "Casablanca". With a blend of Hennessy V.S.O.P Privilège and topped with Moët & Chandon Impérial Brut, this warm and sparkling drink is the finest way to kick start your countdown. Hennessy V.S.O.P Privilège delivers notes of soft spices, such as vanilla, clove and cinnamon, while green apple and citrus fruit notes from Moët & Chandon Impérial Brut give the cocktail an overall tangy intensity on the palate.

      Ingredients: 1 oz. Hennessy V.S.O.P Privilège, 1/4 oz. lemon juice, 1/4 oz. simple syrup and 4 oz. Moët & Chandon Impérial Brut.

      Steps: Shake Hennessy V.S.O.P Privilège, lemon juice and simple syrup with ice and strain into a chilled champagne glass. Top slowly with 3 to 4 ounces of Moët & Chandon Impérial Brut and garnish with a lemon twist.

      Ingredients: 2 oz. Belvedere Vodka and 25 oz. dry vermouth.

      Steps: Combine ingredients in a mixing glass and stir over ice until very cold. Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with a pink grapefruit twist.

Made with Glenmorangie Original and Chandon Brut, this sparkling ginger and honey-infused cocktail is sure to help everyone end the year on a sweeter note. Enjoy it with a decadent sampling of shellfish, crab and fresh oysters. 

      Ingredients: 1 oz. Glenmorangie Signet, ½ oz. lemon juice, ½ oz. honey syrup, ginger beer, Chandon Brut and rosemary sprig.

      Steps: Shake Glenmorangie Signet, lemon juice and honey syrup together then strain over ice into a Collins glass. Top with equal parts ginger beer and Chandon Brut. Garnish with a fresh rosemary sprig.

      Ingredients: For 4 Servings: 6 oz. Belvedere Vodka, Chandon Brut Rosé, 10 oz. pear juice, ½ cup frozen cranberries or 2 oz. cranberry juice, 1/4 cup honey syrup, 1/2 cup ice, rosemary sprigs, cinnamon sticks and pear slices. 

      Steps: Blend all ingredients together except Chandon in a blender. Divide blended ingredients between four coupe glasses. Top off with Chandon Brut Rosé and stir. Garnish with pear slices, rosemary and a cinnamon stick."
