We're talking The Grouch, Freezing...all the big ones

• Charlie Beige's Christmas

  A Kahlúa-spiked eggnog that will rekindle your love of piano-led jazz songs. You'll need 2 parts Kahlúa, 1 part Absolut Vodka, and eggnog. Pour ingredients over ice in a rocks glass. Garnish with a cinnamon stick

• The Grouch

  A fruity Absolut cocktail that pairs perfectly with whatever Roast Beast is. You'll need 1 part Absolut Vodka, 1.5 parts melon liqueur and .5 parts lemon lime soda. Fill a lowball glass with ice. Add melon liqueur and vodka. Top with lemon lime soda and stir gently to combine. For the candy cane rim, place candy cane(s) into a blender and pulse until crushed. Wet the rim of the cocktail glass in simple syrup then lower rim into the crushed candy canes and rotate until covered.

• Freezing

  A Jameson slushie of sorts that’s honestly way more fun than building a snowman. You’ll need 2 cups Jameson Black Barrel whiskey, 1 (12 oz) can frozen lemonade concentrate, 1 (6 oz) can frozen orange juice concentrate, 2 cups strong brewed black tea, 1 cup white sugar, 7 cups water, 1 liter ginger ale soda. Combine everything except the ginger ale in a mixer. Freeze for 24 hours. Scoop into a tall glass and pour gingerly to fill.

• It's a wonderful lager

  The name says it all. You'll need a chilled glass (optional), a cozy blanket (optional) and a decent 1940's Transatlantic impression (required). Stella Artois pairs perfectly with this black-and-white film whose name we're legally unable to mention.

• Elves

  A maple margarita that pairs well with maple syrup spaghetti. You'll need 1 1/2 ounce Espolòn Tequila Blanco, 1/4 ounce Montelobos Mezcal Espadin, 1 ounce maple syrup, 1 ounce lime juice. Salt rim and add a maple leaf (do you have a maple leaf?) for garnish. Combine ingredients in a shaker tin and shake with ice to chill.

• Jingle Most of the Way

  A Cranberry Mexican Mule inspired by the festive red and green movie cover. You'll need 2 ounces Espolòn Tequila Reposado, 3 ounces cranberry orange simple syrup, ginger beer, lime juice, ice. Pour about 3 ounces of the simple syrup and tequila over ice into the glass. Add ginger beer until the glass is almost full. Squeeze lime juice.
