Finished in port wine barrels, the bourbon itself will add smooth and bittersweet dimensions to your Manhattan. Add in the fact that the drink uses Averna, a Sicilian amaro, in place of sweet vermouth and you’ve got yourself a certified groundbreaker. New tricks are fun, right? Sit. Stay.
