Look, we all know one of the greatest days of the year is coming up. We can also take a guess at some of the drinks you might be thinking about stocking up on for it. So, we thought we'd round up a few new ways to drink said St. Paddy’s Day staples no matter where you're celebrating it.
  • Jameson, Ginger & Lime

Fill highball glass with ice. Pour 1 part Jameson Irish Whiskey over ice. Top up with 2 parts ginger ale. Stir briefly to mix. Take a large wedge of lime, give it a squeeze and drop it into the glass.
  • Baileys Nutty Coffee Irishman

Combine 2 oz. Baileys Coffee Irish Cream Liqueur, .25 oz. Smirnoff Vanilla Vodka, .25 oz. hazelnut liqueur in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake ingredients. Pour into a glass and top with 1 dollop whipped cream, 3 whole coffee beans and 1 whole vanilla bean.
  • Jameson Irish Lemonade

Mix together 1 part Jameson, 2 parts lemonade, 2 parts ginger beer, and bitters in a pitcher or punch bowl. Serve over ice and garnish with lemon slices and fresh mint.
  • Guinness Half & Half

Hold your glass at a 45 degree angle and fill just over halfway with a beer of your choice. Rest a spoon upside down over the center of the glass and pour Guinness over the spoon until the glass is full. Relax and enjoy your perfectly poured Half & Half Responsibly. Pro tip: Try pairing bright and flavorful beers as they create more color and flavor contrast with the creamy, roasted Guinness Draught Stout.
  • Glenlivet Whiskey Smash

Muddle 3 lemon wedges. Add 2 parts The Glenlivet 14YO, 3/4 part simple syrup, muddled lemon, and ice into a shaker. Shake well. Double-strain into a glass. Add a mint sprig garnish.
  • Absolut Moscow Mule

Fill a mule mug with ice cubs. Add 1 1/2 oz. Absolut Vodka and 1/2 oz lime juice. Top up with ginger beer. Garnish with a lime wedge.
  • Shamrock Champagne

Add 2 oz. melon liqueur, 1 teaspoon lemon juice and 1 teaspoon simple syrup, and ice to shaker. Shake well. Pour into champagne flute and top with 4 oz. chilled Perrier-Jouet champagne.
  • Baileys St. Patrick's Day Shake

Scoop 3 scoops mint chocolate chip ice cream(!) into tall glass or Guinness pint glass. Pour 1 cup Guinness and 1/4 cup Baileys Irish Cream over ice cream. Drizzle with chocolate syrup. OH BABY THIS ONE LOOKS GOOD.
