And if you’re an Arrested Development fan, the Bluth company’s development Sudden Valley is located here — but don’t worry, things worked out a lot better in reality than they did for the Bluths. The city overlooks much of what’s below from its vantage point on the Plano Trabuco plateau, which puts it at nearly 1,000 feet above sea level.
