Sitting in a cervois, this beer has a glowing golden cloudy hue that’s highlighted by a bright white head. At first taste you take in a smooth and subtle bitterness letting through a pleasing malt bill. Using only bare bones base malts and some slight accompanying specialty malts to spice it up, this malt profile shines through a very light smooth bitterness. Pleasant grain flavors gently subside to a bath of hoppy citrus and fresh cut grass flavor. Tongue coating and rich, Citra and Mosaic jump off the page leaving the palate poised for more. Emerging from the golden depths, cascades of bubbles endlessly waft notes of grapefruit, melon, and tropical fruit. The end result, a very drinkable and refreshing pale ale with mild bitterness and bustling aroma.
