A fun, nonalcoholic take on the popular brunch beverage, this mocktail is full of fresh, tropical flavor that will instantly remind you of summer. You can also easily make it boozy by subbing sparkling wine for the club soda!
Combine all the ingredients except the club soda (or sparkling wine) in a cocktail shaker filled ¾ of the way full with ice.
Shake vigorously for 10-20 seconds and strain into a champagne flute.
Top with club soda or sparkling wine.
Garnish with a fresh pineapple wedge and enjoy!
