If you are in the mood for something that tastes like warmer weather, sunshine, and being outside, then this Strawberry Whiskey Collins is for you! Even if you aren’t typically a whiskey drinker, this cocktail is definitely worth a try.
In a blender or food processor, grab a handful of strawberries (fresh or frozen) and blend until pureed.
Combine lemon juice, dash of simple syrup, whiskey, & ice, and shake until cold.
Pour a quarter inch of puree into the bottom of a rocks glass, add in the whiskey mixture, & top off with soda water.
Serve, sip, repeat!
