  • Gin
  • 5-7 Large Strawberries
  • Rind of 1 Lime
  • 1/2 English Cucumber Sliced Into Wheels

  • Knife
  • Old Fashioned
  • Measuring cup

How to Mix

  1. Place sliced strawberries, lime rind and cucumber wheels into the bottom of a 1.5 Pint Mason Jar.
  2. Fill the rest of the jar with a gin of your choice (we used Hendrick's) and seal with lid.
  3. Give the mixture a good shake to distribute ingredients, and let sit in a cool dark place for up to 3 days, shaking occasionally.
  4. After 3 days, strain ingredients out through a fine mesh strainer, and place your infused gin into a sealed jar.
  5. Infusion will keep for several weeks refrigerated.
