Heart-healthy pomegranate and açaí berry juices combine for a twist on sangria you can enjoy with your box buddies after a sweaty workout. Red wine is almost as good for your body as all those burpees and squats. 


  • 8 oz Pomegranate Juice 
  • 2-4 oz Açaí Juice (to taste) 
  • 1 Bottle Red Wine (Syrah or Malbec work nicely) 
  • 4 oz Brandy 
  • 4 oz Triple Sec (Like Cointreau)
  • Pomegranate Seeds
  • Fresh Green Apple Slices
  • Fresh Orange Wheels
  • Fresh Blackberries


  • Pitcher
  • Jigger
  • Measuring cup

How to Mix

  1. Combine all ingredients in a pitcher and stir well to combine. 
  2. Refrigerate for at least 4-6 hours. 
  3. Serve over ice and garnish with apple, orange, blackberries and pomegranate seeds.
