- 1.5 oz Elderflower Liqueur
- 5 oz Brut Champagne
- 2 oz Gin
- 1 Pink Lemon Juiced
- .5 oz Simple Syrup
- Splash of Club Soda

How to Mix
- In a stemmed champagne flute gently pour equal parts of both drinks.
- Stir gently with a bar spoon, then allow to settle
- Garnish with sage and a lemon twist.
Champagne & St. Germain: Pour elderflower liqueur into bottom of champagne flute. Fill the remainder of the glass with a brut Champagne of your choice.
Gin & Lemonade: Combine the juice of one pink lemon (regular lemon if you can't find it!), simple syrup and gin in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake to combine and strain over ice into a rocks glass. Top with club soda. Serve with a lemon wheel.
