Oh, the weather outside is frightful... frightfully hot, that is. Cool off with this tart treat. The Peach Berry Chill is a frosty, fruity concoction equally perfect for a summertime party or an unusually annoying Tuesday. (We won’t tell.)
Thoroughly blend ½ C frozen blueberries, 2 oz. Malibu Original Coconut Rum, and ½ C ice, then pour into a glass.
Rinse blender, then blend 1 C frozen peaches, 1 C ice, ½ C water, and 2 oz. Pinnacle Ruby Red Grapefruit Flavored Vodka. If you’d like a sweet drink, add 1 tbsp sugar before blending.
Carefully pour this mixture on top of the blended blueberries for a layered look.
Garnish with fresh fruit and enjoy.
