Here’s something new to do with your easter candy-  Take those extra jelly beans and infuse them with your favorite vodka.  Adding lemon juice and coconut milk makes for a cocktail thats refreshing and appeals to those with a sweet tooth.


  • 2 oz Jelly bean infused Titos
  • 1 oz Lemon Juice 
  • 2 oz Coconut Milk 
  • 1 oz toasted coconut flakes for garnish


  • Jigger
  • Shaker
  • Champagne coupe

How to Mix

  1. Pour infused vodka, lemon juice & coconut milk into a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
  2. Shake to combine
  3. Strain into a coupe glass and garnish with toasted coconut flakes

Jelly Bean Infused Vodka: Place 3 yellow jelly beans for every 4 oz of vodka into an airtight container and allow to sit for up to 2 days, shaking every 12 hours. Once infusion is complete shake once more and use a fine mesh strainer to filter out any remaining solids. Store in an airtight container for up to two weeks.
