This frozen summer cocktail brings together two summer staples: fresh peaches and the grill. The result is a smoky, herbaceous riff on a frozen margarita, where the char on the peaches matches perfectly with the finish of smoky mezcal.

How to Mix
Bring a gas grill to medium heat.
Place the peach halves face down and grill for about 4 to 5 minutes, until char marks develop. Carefully flip them over for another 4 to 5 minutes. Set aside to cool completely.
While waiting for the peaches to cool, make a quick salted herb rim by pulsing the sea salt and herb sprigs in a food processor, until incorporated.
Pour the salted herb mix on to a plate. Prep two cocktail glasses with the salted herb rim by running a slice of lime along the glass rims and lightly dipping them into the salt.
Combine the tequila, mezcal, lime juice, dry curaçao, agave nectar, and grilled peach halves in a blender.
Without adding ice quite yet, purée the ingredients until smooth.
Now add the ice, about an equal amount in volume as the puréed mixture. Blend until frothy, adding more ice if necessary.
Pour into prepped cocktail glasses, garnish with fresh herbs, lime wheels, and peach slices.

Peach Berry Chill
summer
Oh, the weather outside is frightful... frightfully hot, that is. Cool off with this tart treat. The Peach Berry Chill is a frosty, fruity concoction equally perfect for a summertime party or an unusually annoying Tuesday. (We won’t tell.)
There is something so crisp and delicious about a classic Gin & Tonic and this little twist takes this classic to an entirely new level. It’s like the best flavors of summer decided to get together and have a pool party…but the pool is gin…and it’s amazing.
Although gin is my truest love, I have been fixated on both tequila and Mezcal lately. There is something about margaritas and tequila-based cocktails that beckon the arriving of summer, and this one is hard to resist.
Some spirit lovers may raise an eyebrow to anything that alters the smooth flavor profile of bourbon, but trust us this infusion will keep even the most strict liquor aficionado coming back for more. The classic hints of sweetness in bourbon are brought to a whole new level when combined with the natural flavors of fresh peach and blackberries. You can enjoy this infusion on its own over ice, or with ginger beer and a spring of mint.
