This Frozen Watermelon Moscow Mule is the refreshing drink you’ve been looking for all summer. Crisp ginger beer and lime juice are blended with the subtle flavors of watermelon and spiked with vodka to create a smooth, blended cocktail that’s sure to keep you cool.
In a blender, add watermelon, lime juice, vodka and 6 ounces ginger beer (1/2 bottle).
Blend until watermelon is incorporated. Add remaining ginger beer and blend until smooth.
Serve in copper mugs, ice optional.
