Summertime heat can be staggering, but this Frozen Rose Gin and Tonic is light, refreshing and has a perfect balance of rose and cucumber. It will surely cool you down.


  • 4 cups ice
  • 4 ounces gin (preferably Hendrick's)
  • 2 ounces simple syrup
  • 1 1/2 ounces tonic syrup (preferably Jack Rudy's)
  • 1 ounce rose water
  • 1 small Persian cucumber, peeled


  • Collins glass
  • Ice cube tray
  • Jigger

How to Mix

  1. Place all ingredients into a blender. 
  2. Blend on high speed until smooth.
  3. Serve with a fancy straw!
