    Add a tropical twist to your summer escape with this pineapple Cava sangria.  Perfect for winter staycations too. 


    • 1 750ml bottle Freixenet Cordon Negro Brut Cava, chilled 
    • 1 fresh ripe pineapple cut into 1-inch chunks with some left unpeeled and sliced for wedges 
    • 3 cups unsweetened pineapple juice, chilled 
    • 1/2 cup white rum 
    • 1 12-oz can of lemon-lime soda, chilled 
    • 1 lemon cut into wheels for garnish

    How to Mix

    1. Add the pineapple chunks to a large pitcher or drink dispenser. 
    2. Pour the pineapple juice and rum over the top. 
    3. Slowly add the Cava and lemon-lime soda and gently stir to combine. 
    4. Serving Tip: Spoon some of the pineapple chunks into the white wine or stemless wine glass and then pour the sangria on top. Garnish glass with a lemon wheel or fresh pineapple wedge.
