It's a slightly weird one, this slush, but you'll enjoy it all the same. It’s a bit tropical, a bit berry-tastic (oh, that’s not a thing? Now it is) and really who doesn’t enjoy a good slush on a hot day? Sure, it may have been about 40 degrees out when I made these, but you get the point.

  • 3 oz. Chambord
  • 2 oz. dark rum
  • 1/4 cup coconut cream
  • 1/4 cup club soda
  • Ice
  • Shredded coconut (for garnish)

Tools

  • Shaker
  • Ice cube tray
  • Pint glass

How to Mix

  1. Shake coconut cream until combined (separation is normal).
  2. Combine Chambord, coconut cream, dark rum, and club soda in a blender.
  3. Add 2 cups of ice (to start, you can add more if you'd like for consistency purposes).
  4. Blend until mixed.
  5. Pour into glasses.
  6. Garnish with berries and coconut!
