Tequila is totally trending right now, not only because it is a great spirit for summer, but some say it's main ingredient, Blue Agave has some major health benefits. We love sipping on a smooth silver tequila in a spicy margarita so we decided to take some of those flavors and infuse them directly into the spirit. We enjoy serving it on the rocks topped with a grapefruit spiked seltzer, or just plain club soda with a wedge of citrus

  • 1 Jalapeno Seeded & Sliced
  • 3/4 Cup (half a bushel) of Cilantro Leaves
  • Silver Tequila

  • Measuring cup

How to Mix

  1. Place sliced jalapeno and cilantro leaves into the bottom of a 1.5 Pint Mason Jar.
  2. Fill the rest of the jar with a silver tequila of your choice (we used Espolon Blanco )and seal with lid. 
  3. Give the mixture a good shake to distribute ingredients, and let sit in a cool dark place for up to 3 days, shaking occasionally. 
  4. After 3 days, strain ingredients out through a fine mesh strainer, and place your infused tequila into a sealed jar.
