1 bottle of Chateau Ste. Michelle Cabernet Sauvignon
1 bottle of Chateau Ste. Michelle Chardonnay
1 3-inch piece of ginger (peeled and thinly sliced)
2-3 cinnamon sticks
1/2 tsp ground cloves
1/3 tsp ground cloves
How to Mix
Zest and juice 2 oranges into a large pot.
Pour one bottle of Chateau Ste. Michelle Cabernet Sauvignon and one bottle of Chateau Ste. Michelle Chardonnay into the pot.
Add 1/3 cup of brown sugar, cinnamon sticks, 1/2 teaspoon of ground cloves. Stir well.
Cover and heat the mixture for about an hour but make sure it doesn't boil.
