Some spirit lovers may raise an eyebrow to anything that alters the smooth flavor profile of bourbon, but trust us this infusion will keep even the most strict liquor aficionado coming back for more. The classic hints of sweetness in bourbon are brought to a whole new level when combined with the natural flavors of fresh peach and blackberries. You can enjoy this infusion on its own over ice, or with ginger beer and a spring of mint.

  • 2 Peaches, Peeled and Sliced
  • 1/2 Pint of Blackberries Cut Lengthwise
  • Bourbon


  • Old Fashioned
  • Knife
  • Measuring cup

How to Mix

  1. Place sliced peaches and blackberries into the bottom of a 1.5 pint mason jar.
  2. Fill the rest of the jar with a bourbon of your choice (we used Jim Beam) and seal with lid. 
  3. Give the mixture a good shake to distribute ingredients, and let sit in a cool dark place for up to 3 days, shaking occasionally. 
  4. After 3 days, strain ingredients out through a fine mesh strainer, and place your infused bourbon into a sealed jar.
  5. Infusion will keep for several weeks refrigerated.
