A twist on a New York Sour, using whisky and ice wine from BEAR COUNTRY, Canada.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz. BEARFACE Whisky
  • 0.75 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
  • 0.75 Sugar Syrup
  • 0.25 oz. Egg White (or substitute foaming agent)
  • 0.5 oz. Ice Wine

Tools

  • Lowball glass
  • Ice cube tray
  • Shaker

How to Mix

  1. Add all ingredients to a shaker, fill the shaker with ice and shake until it’s very cold and you get around 1 oz of dilution. 
  2. Strain into a double Old Fashioned glass and add plenty of ice to fill
